Richard founded Sequence in 1995 after an extensive career with Compaq (formally Microcom). Here he was involved in the deployment of the first ISP (Internet Service Providers) in Israel and Greece as well as the market introduction of the company's first ISDN products.

In May 2003, Richard was awarded Wales’ Young Business Achiever at the Western Mail Business Awards and he regularly contributes to TV, radio and the press on ‘all things web.’

Richard is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the company while providing day-to-day support to the business development & marketing communication functions. He also provides technical directorship for the hosting and infrastructure operations.

When not at work, Richard can be found marauding the countryside on his mountain bike as well as breaking the speed limit in the local harbour on his sailing boat.
