Allie Symonds

Allie has been a board member at Sequence since 1997, and is responsible for our financial systems, along with the planning, development and implementation of the strategy for all HR and recruitment issues.

Prior to Sequence, Allie was a Regional Manager at Lex, responsible for marketing, service design and business planning.

It’s Allie’s job to ensure that we employ the best staff and make the most of their talents - she is passionate about Wales, and loves giving talented individuals a convincing reason to stay and succeed here rather than feel their only option is to escape across the bridge.

Allie has implemented industry standard (ISO, Prince 2) workflow systems and has a proven success record in both private and public sector funding applications.

Allie is a big fan of holidays, whether in Wales or far away. When she isn’t actually on holiday, she is generally planning her next weekend away or her next adventure with her husband and baby daughter.
