A technically rich solution for a leading health and fitness supplier

The health and fitness market in the UK has expanded phenomenally in the last ten years and consequently companies like Premier Training have seen increasing numbers of people using their website. Recognised as the UK’s leading health and fitness supplier, they decided they needed a first class online presence to meet user demand.

Following a review of their existing presence, Premier Training came to us with two clear objectives for their new site. For the client-facing side they required a secure, user-friendly e-commerce model in which their customers could view and purchase training courses. Then behind the scenes they required a sophisticated business platform that would integrate with their existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and account systems. Although a complex integration, our in-house developers rose to the challenge.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the team at Premier Training to ensure that the site met all their business requirements. During the integration stage our project managers suggested making key changes to their CRM system so that the site could fully deliver their business needs. Premier Training took our advice on board and consequently we were able to create a series of web services to pass data to and from the website to the CRM.

The final product is an e-commerce application that combines clean design with feature rich functions
