Over the past two years we have developed a very good relationship with the BBC so we were delighted when they asked us if we would provide project management services for their new media project My Science Fiction Life.

Launched in November 2006 as part of Science Fiction Britannia season on BBC 4, My Science Fiction Life is a user-driven website that enables fans of science fiction to share their passions, stories and recollections. The main feature of the site is a growing interactive timeline of classic works chosen for their significance in the evolution of science fiction and their impact in the UK. The timeline allows users to explore the recollections of others, debate them, and add their own memories and stories.

Project managed by one of our highly skilled account directors the website has received industry recognition including an Official Honouree title given by the prestigious Webby Awards. Since the site has launched over a thousand recollections have been made and the BBC has recently commissioned a series of articles which look at the spread of what people have written and picked out the key themes from them.
